Product description
It is a special mixture containing hydraulic binders, low weight aggregates and special additives, which can be used on interior and exterior walls due to its fire resistant and thermo-acoustic insulation feature.

Features and Advantages
• It has fire protection feature. It has been verified that it protects any applied surface (brick, concrete, iron, wood, etc.) from fire.

Application Instructions
Surface Quality: Surfaces should be clean, smooth, solid, free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc. Weak parts on the surface should be removed.
Surface Preparation: Cement slurry and weakened parts should be removed, and there should be no materials such as oil, dirt and rust on the surface. Absorbent surfaces should be pre-wetted, but no puddles should remain.
Mixing: Clean, clear water at normal ambient temperature is poured into a clean container that is free of any substance preventing adhesion. TEKNOREP 450, in powder form, is poured into the container filled with water. It is mixed with a low speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained. Mixing time is minimum 5 minutes. should be. The mortar obtained at the end of the process takes 3 minutes. rest and again for 2 minutes. should be mixed until it becomes homogeneous. After the material has reacted, water should not be added and mixed again.
Application Notes / Limitations
• It should be protected from sun, rain and frost for the first 3 hours in outdoor applications.
• Reaction times in cement based products are affected by ambient and ground temperatures. Reaction times are shortened in hot environments and longer in cold environments.
• Hot mixing water should be used in cold environments.
• In hot environments, cold mixing water should be used.
• During the application of the product, work clothes in accordance with the rules of work and worker health should be worn, and appropriate glasses and masks should be used.
• The prepared mortar is applied with a trowel. If desired, tirfil application is made to make the application look smoother.
• After the application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +3 5°C), rain and frost. Before the product is fully cured, hands should be cleaned with water and detergent.
• Equipment should be cleaned with water immediately after the application, before it hardens. After the product hardens, it should be cleaned by mechanical methods.
