Product description
It is an acrylic based, flexible, exterior surface smoothing paste.

Application Instructions
Surface Quality: Surfaces should be clean, smooth, solid, free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc. Weak parts on the surface should be removed. Cement grout and weakened parts should be removed, and there should be no materials such as oil, dirt and rust on the surface. Absorbent surfaces should be pre-wetted, but water puddles and drops should not remain.

Surface and Ambient Temperature: (+)5 °C - (+)35 °C

Mixing: Exterior Putty is ready to use. Before the application, the surface should be free of dust, dirt and oil, the swelling parts should be scraped thoroughly and the surface should be dry. Continue mixing until a homogeneous mixture is obtained (approximately 5 minutes) by mixing with a mixer attached to a low speed drill bit. Apply the paste, which is ready for application, to the surface with a spatula or steel trowel. After the first layer has completely dried and hardened (24 hours), the second layer is applied (it is recommended to be applied with a maximum thickness of 1 mm each time). During application, care should be taken that the ambient and surface temperature is between (+)5°C and (+)30°C. Do not apply under strong breeze and direct sunlight. The tools used should be cleaned with water after the process is finished. If the application will be made at air temperatures above (+) 30°C, the application should be made on shaded facades and it is not recommended to apply between 10-15 hours.

Equipment: The prepared mortar is applied to the concrete surface by scraping with a steel trowel. Then the required amount for leveling is applied to the surface.

Consumption: 1.50 kg/m2 for 1 mm thickness. Consumption may vary depending on the surface and workmanship.

Cleaning: After the application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +3 5°C), rain and frost. Before the product is fully cured, hands should be cleaned with water and detergent.

Cleaning of Equipment: Equipment should be cleaned with water immediately after the application, before it hardens. After the product hardens, it should be cleaned by mechanical methods.

Potlife: Approx. 60 minutes at 20 °C

Cleaning Time: Approximately 75 minutes at 20 °C

Application Notes / Limitations
• It should be protected from sun, rain and frost for the first 3 hours in outdoor applications.
• During the application of the product, work clothes in accordance with the rules of work and worker health should be worn, and appropriate glasses and masks should be used.
