Teknobond 850 Epoxy Grout Mortar
Product description
It is a solvent-free, 3-component, casting mortar consisting of a combination of specially graded aggregates and high-strength epoxy resins. It is a self-leveling, flowing epoxy mortar that can be applied on concrete, stone, mortar, steel, aluminum, asbestos cement, polyester, wood and epoxy-based materials.

Application Instructions
The surfaces must be clean, smooth, solid, free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc. There should be no puddles, moisture and dampness on the concrete floor. It must be a dry ground, the concrete surface moisture must be below 4%. It should be prepared by cleaning with suitable mechanical surface preparation techniques such as high pressure water jet, vacuum, roughening, sandblasting.
Pour component B into component A. Mix with a low speed electric mixer until the mixture reaches a completely homogeneous appearance. Then pour the mixture into a suitable container and add component C slowly and continuously, continue mixing for at least 3 minutes until a homogeneous and flowing mortar is obtained.
The prepared mixture should be poured and placed within 5 minutes, depending on the air temperature and environmental conditions. TEKNOBOND 850 should be poured from one side in order to fill the bottom of the cavities that are surrounded and covered on all four sides. Thus, it prevents the formation of gaps by throwing the air out.
Application Notes / Limitations
• During the application of the product, work clothes in accordance with the rules of work and worker health should be worn, and appropriate glasses and masks should be used.
• After the application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +30°C), rain and frost.
• Before the product is fully cured and hardened, hands and skin contact areas should be cleaned with water and detergent.
• In case of contact with eyes, a doctor should be consulted after washing with plenty of warm water and detergent.
• Equipment should be cleaned with TEKNO THINNER right after the application, before it hardens. After the product hardens, it should be cleaned by mechanical methods.
• It should not be forgotten that if the mixing ratios change, the strength and adhesion values of the product will also change.
• No primer is used with our product.
