Product description
It is a solvent-free, MMA-based, two-component (hardener and specially graded powder component) mortar that can be used for floor covering, fast anchoring and quick repair purposes.

Application Instructions
Surface Quality: Surfaces should be clean, smooth, solid, free from all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc. The concrete floor should also be free of puddles, moisture and dampness. It must be a dry ground, the concrete surface moisture must be below 4%.

Surface Preparation: It should be prepared by cleaning with appropriate mechanical surface preparation techniques such as high pressure water jet, vacuum, roughening, sandblasting.

Pour component B into component A. Mix with a low-speed electric mixer until the mixture in the cloudy appearance reaches a completely homogeneous appearance. Then pour the mixture into a suitable container. At least 3 minutes until a homogeneous and flowing mortar is obtained. Keep mixing throughout.
In the repairs of pits and cracks on the ground, the broken areas should be cleaned and the solid ground should be reached. The floor should be cleaned of dust with the compressor. After applying TEKNOBOND 91O Primer, TEKNOBOND 940 should be applied.
Prepared mixture, depending on the air temperature and environmental conditions, 5 minutes. should be poured into place and placed in it. TEKNOBOND 940 should be poured from one side to fill the bottom of the cavities that are surrounded and covered on all four sides.

Application Notes / Limitations
• During the application of the product, work clothes in accordance with the rules of work and worker health should be worn, and appropriate glasses and masks should be used.
• It should not be forgotten that if the mixing ratios change, the strength and adhesion values ​​of the product will also change.
• Thus, it prevents the formation of gaps by throwing the air out. It can be pushed from one side with a long piece of iron during casting to accelerate the flow.
• Before the product is fully cured and hardened, hands and skin contact areas should be cleaned with water and detergent. In case of contact with eyes, a doctor should be consulted after washing with plenty of warm water and detergent.
• Equipment should be cleaned with TEKNOTINER immediately after the application, before it hardens. After the product hardens, it should be cleaned by mechanical methods.
