Product description

Cement-based, C20/30 strength class ready-mixed concrete containing specially selected aggregates and additives.

Usage areas
• Under materials such as tiles, ceramics, granite ceramics, marble and natural granite indoors and outdoors,
• In residential and garden areas, foundations, sheathing and filling of mold stones, garden walls, supports and buttresses, filling gaps on element surfaces such as walls and floors, door and window lintels, beams and lintels, floor coverings, assembly of prefabricated floors, floor grates, stairs It is used in floor coverings, chimneys/plumbing cavities and many other areas.

Application Instructions
Fresh concrete should be applied as soon as possible after mixing, and segregation (wheelbarrow, crane bucket, sprinkler, pipes, etc.) should be prevented while being transported from the mixer to the application point. Fall heights exceeding one meter should be avoided. The applied concrete should be compacted or polished according to its consistency. In applications to be made on concrete and existing screed, priming the surface is important to increase adhesion.

Recommended working ambient temperature is between (+)5°C and (+)35°C. It should not be applied in high humidity or very hot weather and especially under direct sunlight.

In order to obtain the desired application consistency, water is added (concrete consistency can be between solid and plastic).

The product can also be applied by machine. Consult for application details. The product can be applied outdoors, but it should be covered with a coating material resistant to outdoor conditions or a UV resistant waterproofing material that can be walked on.

Application Notes / Limitations

• Setting time may vary in very hot or very humid weather.
• No foreign materials or additives should be added to the product during preparation.
• Air, material and ground temperature must be above (+)5 °C during application and hardening process. Ready Mixed Concrete should not be applied on frosted substrates and/or in danger of frost. European Norms must be complied with during concrete assembly (concrete preparations, transportation, compaction during assembly, application time, work joints, concreting in cold and hot weather, post-application operations and demoulding).
