Product description
It is a UV resistant, two component, white colored, cement and acrylic based, polymer reinforced, fully elastic waterproofing material containing special additives. It is applied internally or externally on concrete, curtain and cement-based plasters against leakage and surface water.

Application Instructions
Surface Quality: The surfaces must be clean, smooth, solid, free of all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc. If there is segregation in the concrete, damaged and loose parts should be discarded and weak pieces should be removed. If there are cracks or cavities on the floor or wall where the application will be made, they should be repaired with appropriate TEKNOREP repair mortars. It should be ensured that the slope screed or concrete is poured in the direction of the water flow. The correct control of the slope is done as follows. A gauge is held from the beginning to the drain, and a scale is placed on it. If it is determined that there is no slope or there is a reverse slope as a result of the control, the application should not be started, the water flow direction should be adjusted by processing the concrete and screed. If necessary, additional screed or concrete should be poured.

Surface Preparation: If the surface to be insulated is dry, it should be wetted and saturated with water and made ready for application. Sharp corners and edges should be chamfered with TEKNOREP 300 thick repair mortar. In wet areas and balconies that will be covered with ceramic tiles, TEKNOMER Chamfer Tapes should be applied to all corners beforehand.

20 kg of powder mortar should be poured slowly onto 10 lt of liquid component and mixed thoroughly so that there are no lumps. It is recommended to mix with a low speed mixer less than 500 rpm. For the mortar to mature, it should be rested for 3 minutes and mixed again for 2 minutes before starting the application. The prepared mortar should be applied to the floor in 2 layers with a roller or brush. Depending on the temperature between the coats, it should be waited for 5-6 hours. The coats should be applied perpendicular to each other. An application thickness of 2 - 3 mm in total will be sufficient.

TEKNOMER 200 EX W; After mixing thoroughly and resting for 3-5 minutes, it is applied to the water-saturated surface with the help of a brush and/or trowel without losing its moisture. After the first setting of the material, the second layer is applied in the vertical direction of the first layer application. If desired, carrier glass fiber can be used as reinforcement between floors. Waiting time between coats; After the application of the first layer, when there is no trace on the fingers in the manual control, other layers can be passed.

Application Notes / Limitations
• Care should be taken not to damage the insulation material mechanically during the coating process.
• Since it is cement based, do not breathe the dust, do not contact the skin and eyes.
• Do not apply on wood, chipboard, mdf, plywood, PVC and metal surfaces.
• Only its own liquid should be used in the mixture. Absolutely no water should be added.
• Foreign materials should not be added.
• Protection is required to achieve the long-term performance expected from the product. After 3 days, tiles, ceramics, plaster, screed should be applied to protect against all kinds of punctures, scratches and impacts that may occur after the application.
• Thick application should be avoided in one go.
• After the application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +35°C), rain and frost. Before the product is fully cured, hands should be cleaned with water and detergent.
• Equipment should be cleaned with water immediately after the application, before it hardens. After the product hardens, it should be cleaned by mechanical methods.
