There are two methods for determining the amount of Techno-1 to be used.

a-) Determining the amount of Techno-1 according to water (Techno-1: Water -1:1 to 1:10)

Tekno-1 is used up to 1/10 of the water used in the concrete. It is poured into the transmixer arriving at the construction site. It is mixed for 5 minutes at the fast speed of the concrete mixer. Concrete is placed in the mold.

To increase the water impermeability in the screed;

A dry mix is ​​prepared at the construction site so that approximately 150 kg of sand is added to 50 kg of cement.

Tekno-1 is poured into a clean barrel in a 30 kg drum. Then, 10 drums of water are poured into the barrel. Depending on the humidity in the sand, the Techno-1: Water ratio can range from 1:10 to 1:6-8. The barrel is mixed homogeneously.

Prepared dry mortar is opened by mixing Tekno-1 and water in its liquid form.
It is recommended to be used together with Teknoflow Super to increase the fluidity when screeding by hand or with mortar machines.

To increase the water impermeability in the plaster;

At the construction site, a dry mix is ​​prepared in such a way that 50 kg of cement is mixed with 150 kg of sand.

Tekno-1 is discharged from a 30 kg drum into a clean barrel. Then, 10 bins of water are poured into the barrel. Depending on the humidity in the sand, the Techno-1: Water ratio can range from 1:10 to 1:6-8. The barrel is mixed homogeneously.

Prepared dry mortar is opened by mixing Tekno-1 and water in its liquid form.

Then the application is started with a trowel.

Cleaning
After the application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +35°C), rain and frost. Before the concrete or mortar is fully cured and hardened, hands should be cleaned with water and detergent.

Application Notes / Limitations
• During the application of the product, work clothes in accordance with the rules of work and worker health should be worn, and appropriate glasses and masks should be used.
• In case of skin contact, hands should be washed with soap and water. In case of contact with eyes, consult a doctor.
• After the application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +35°C), rain and frost.
• Before the concrete or mortar is fully cured and hardened, hands should be cleaned with water and detergent.
