Product description:
It is a one-component, ready-to-use, UV-resistant, liquid-applied, polyurethane waterproofing coating with improved quality, constantly maintaining its elastic structure, and curing by reacting with the humidity in the air.

Usage areas:
• In terraces, roofs, balconies and creek gutters,
• In wet areas under tiles, flower beds,
• In foundation and foundation curtain walls,
• Against water and corrosion in concrete structures,
• On building exteriors,
• It can be used safely against water in wood and sheet metal applications. Pre-testing is recommended.

Application details:
Surface Quality: The surfaces must be clean, smooth, solid, free of all kinds of dust, oil, dirt, rust, mold oil, detergent, etc. If there is segregation in the concrete, damaged and loose parts should be discarded and weak pieces should be removed. If there are cracks or cavities on the floor or wall where the application will be made, they should be repaired with appropriate TEKNOREP repair mortars. Teknomer 600 1K UV application should be started after 3-4 days.

Surface Preparation: If there is dilatation of the structure before Teknomer 600 1K UV application, first of all, the dilatation must be insulated using Teknomer Chamfer Tapes and Teknomer 400 D. Later, the insulation of dilatations is more difficult and costly. All drains and gutters, strainers should be insulated using chamfer tapes. The surface to be insulated must be dry. If there is a puddle or ponding, it should be removed. As a primer on the concrete surface, two-component, epoxy-based Teknobond 300 should be applied with a brush or roller at a rate of 0,200-0,400 kg/m2. Primer consumption varies according to the quality and absorbency of the concrete. It should be ensured that the primer is completely cured and hardened. Minimum 4 hours, maximum 24 hours should be waited for waterproofing to be done on it.

Surface and Ambient Temperature: (+)5°C - (+)35°C

Application Method / Equipment:
The product, which has been mixed and ready for application, is applied to the surface with a stiff bristle brush or spraying machines. After the material completes its reaction, the second layer is applied in the vertical direction of the first layer application. Waiting time between coats is at least 1 hour. After the application of the first layer, when there is no trace on the fingers in the manual control, other layers can be passed. If desired, carrier glass fiber can be used as reinforcement between floors.

Consumption: 1.20 - 1.50 kg/m², depending on surface condition and workmanship

Cleaning: After application, it should be protected against adverse weather conditions such as direct sunlight, strong wind, high air temperature (over +35°C), rain and frost. Before the product is fully cured, hands should be cleaned with water and detergent.

Cleaning of Equipment: Equipment should be cleaned with Tekno Thinner immediately after the application, before it hardens. After the product hardens, it should be cleaned by mechanical methods.

Potlife: Approximately 1 hour at 20 °C

Cleaning Time: Approximately 1 hour at 20 °C

Application Notes / Limitations:
• Foreign materials should not be added.
• It should be applied in two layers.
• It should not be applied in the rain.
• The product should not be diluted with water.
• Rain, etc., until the newly applied material completes its hardening. must be protected against weather conditions.
