Product description
Two-component, low-viscosity, water-reactive polyurethane resin. It is an injection resin for stopping hydrostatic pressurized, pressurized, large or small amount of water streams.

Usage areas
• Against high pressure or high current, pressurized, water leaks,
• To block water leaks in diaphragm/retaining walls,
• In places not subject to movement, large-diameter gaps, eg; In reinforced concrete with rock cracks, fracture defects, filling layers, joints, cracks and segregation,
• In tunnel constructions, LDPE or HDPE membrane coating injection,
• Pre-injection for waterproofing and consolidation in front of TBM with NATM drilling and blasting in wet conditions,
• In wet or dry environment, filling works of cross-ties holes,
• In the sheathing grouting in the compaction process of gravel fillings in wet or dry environments,
• Soil stabilization and anchoring works in the fill,
• It is used in grouting works behind porous reinforced concrete in cases where there are high doses of water currents.

Application Instructions
Always shake the catalyst before use. Free particles and residues in cracks or joints should be cleaned. Water leaking cracks larger than 3 mm should be covered by first applying TEKNOPLUG. Holes are drilled at an angle of 45 degrees according to the injector diameter (Paker) to be used. If the crack is not a straight line, it is recommended that the holes be drilled staggered on both sides of the crack. The hole depth should be half the depth of the reinforced concrete. The distance of the hole from the crack should be half of the concrete thickness. The distance between the holes can be 15-90 cm depending on the current situation. Packers (injectors) are placed in the holes and should be made resistant to the pressure that may occur during the injection. In a dry environment, water is squeezed out before the injectors. This process helps to remove dust and foreign matter in the crack/joint. The water in the crack/joint will allow the resin to react. With the resin, the predetermined catalyst is prepared, the catalyst must be shaken very well beforehand. The resin should be kept away from water. Otherwise, it will react. It starts to foam and freeze inside the injection pump and equipment and clog the pump. If cracks or joints need to be watered, two separate pumps must be used.

Application Notes / Limitations
• Injection should be started from the first pack.
• Injection; start with the lowest pressure of the injection pump, the pressure should be increased slowly until the resin begins to overflow. Depending on the crack size, reinforced concrete thickness and general conditions, the pressure can vary between 14 bar and 200 bar.
• Leakage of resin from reinforced concrete is a good sign that the resin is working in reinforced concrete. Excess flow of rags / rags, etc. and wait for the expansion of the resin. When the flow stops, the injection process is continued.
• During the injection process, first water and then foamy resin will flow from the cracks.
• When the resin reaches the second pack, the injection process is stopped.
• The syringe is placed in the second pack and the process is repeated.
• When injection is made from several packs, the first pack is returned and resin is injected again.
• After the resin injection, water can be sprayed from the packers again, this will cause the reaction of the remaining resin.
• Packers should not be removed before the resin cures.
• Hole gaps caused by packers can be repaired with TEKNOREP.
• After the injection process is finished, the pump and equipment should be cleaned within 30 minutes.
• Waste should be disposed of according to local regulations.
• Immediately after application, before it hardens; tools; with solvent, hands should be washed with clean warm water and soap. Hardened grout can only be removed mechanically.
