Teknoglass Transparent, UV Resistant Waterproofing

Product description
It is a polyurethane-based, transparent, two-component, waterproofing material with high UV and adhesion resistance.

Features and Advantages
• Provides excellent adhesion to Epoxy and Polyurethane surfaces, to any surface such as concrete, asphalt, sheet metal, steel.
• It is very easy to apply. (Can be applied by brush, roller or spraying.)

• It can be applied safely on horizontal and vertical surfaces.

Application Instructions
Surface Quality: The application surface must be dry and free from all kinds of dust, dirt, weak and loose particles, cement grout residues, oil and grease. The concrete substrate must be clean, strong and have sufficient compressive strength (at least 25 N/mm2), with a pull-off strength of at least 1.5 N/mm2.

Surface Preparation: The application surface must be cleaned using appropriate methods in order to ensure maximum adhesion strength.

Application Notes / Limitations
• Do not use below the minimum allowable temperature for the material to complete its hardening. Low temperatures will slow curing, while higher temperatures will accelerate curing. Pot life will also vary depending on temperatures.
• The product may cause skin irritation. Protective gloves or goggles should be used. Before starting work, a protective cream can be applied to the hands. In case of contact of the mortar with the eyes, the eyes should be immediately washed with warm water and consult a doctor.
• If it stays under 0°C for a long time, crystallization may be observed in the product. If the crystals are dissolved by bringing the product back to room temperature, it can be used without any problems.
• After adding component B to component A, mix it for 2-3 minutes with a low speed electric mixer (up to 400 rpm) until a homogeneous color is obtained.
• TEKNOGLASS; Ensure that a continuous, non-porous coat covers the surface. Application can be by brush, roller or spray.
• Hands should be washed with warm water and soap. Skin contact may cause irritation. Attention should be paid. Contact with eyes should be avoided. Otherwise, a doctor should be consulted.
• All equipment used, immediately after the application, before it hardens; It should be cleaned with Techno Thinner. The cured product can only be cleaned mechanically.
